01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pikiblox, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of those changes.

02. Listing & Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Each item must be categorized correctly and described honestly. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Hacked or illicitly obtained accounts/items.
• Real-world items (Pikiblox is for digital gaming assets only).
• Items that violate the terms of the original game publisher.
• Spam or misleading "blank" listings.

03. Fees & Commission

Pikiblox charges a platform commission on each successful sale to cover escrow security, server maintenance, and transaction processing. The current fee structure is clearly displayed before you finalize a listing. Commission fees are non-refundable.

04. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement between a buyer and seller, Pikiblox administrators act as neutral mediators. The decision made by our support team regarding order resolutions and escrow releases is final and binding for all parties involved.

05. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or compromises the integrity of the marketplace. Terminated accounts may forfeit any remaining balances pending investigation.
